Robin Chapekis, SHRM-SCP and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
Founder and Principal Consultant
After working for large corporations, small non-profits, and several marinas in operations, marketing and HR capacities, Robin turned her focus to organizational effectiveness when she founded SVELTE HR. Determined to help teams and business leaders master transactional work and move toward transformational outcomes, she works with businesses that are ready to embrace technology, to make decisions based on data and to adopt new ways of accomplishing goals. With a strong belief that the HR function is a competitive advantage, she embraces change and attacks challenges head on to demonatrate that competitive advantage. She holds a Master of Science in Human Resources and Organizational Development and a graduate certificate in Non-Profit Management from Eastern Michigan University. Robin also achieved a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Lawrence Technological University. When not working, she can be found reading, skiing and exploring with her husband and dogs.
